Wait two more weeks and then start stamping your scar about every 20 days.

The missing tissue makes the scar intended and hopefully, stamping will fill in or at least partially fill in the scar. In addition, the scar may be tethered to the underling structures, which makes it also intended. You could improvise the suction method, which releases the fibrotic tissue that pulls the scar down:
