Corners of mouth
« on: September 29, 2012, 01:03:44 PM »
Sarah,
The corners of my mouth almost look like I am frowning consistently.  I have a pull at the corners of my mouth and wondering if dermarolling might help
this area.  This aren't really wrinkles but more deep lines.  Now I have had some filler in these areas that has help some but still some pulling and deep lines.

Any suggestions?

No, I do not think dermarolling can help release the pull because the pull is more due to dropped muscle, not skin. I believe there were some
successful fixes with Botox which releases and lifts the corner of the mouth.
